Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission is original, has not been previously published in the same form, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- The submission has been prepared using the official template for the relevant TheSustainImpact event and is uploaded in DOC or DOCX format. PDF files are not accepted.
- The submission follows the event requirements and the Author Guidelines for this Proceedings Series, including required author details, word limit, keywords, and references where applicable.
- The submission complies with publication ethics requirements, including proper attribution of sources and confirmation that any third-party material is used with appropriate permission where required.
- All authors have approved the submission, and the corresponding author confirms agreement with the Author Agreement (Copyright & Licensing Policy).
Extended Abstracts
Extended abstracts accepted for TheSustainImpact events and published in the Conference Proceedings Series. Items are subject to editorial screening for scope, relevance, clarity, and compliance with basic publication and ethics requirements prior to publication.
